This flat with balcony access was created by joining two pre-existing apartments located on the same floor. Its refurbishment aimed at creating openness by installing glass panels in the walls, so as to create reflection and depth. The under floor and ceiling heating and cooling systems together with the dehumidifier regulate the temperature and the level of dampness in the in the house, while also updating the whole structure. A cozy place, where everyone feels at home from making the first step in the entrance corridor.
