Privacy policy
Under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), this notice explains how we process the personal data of people who visit www.archilabmilano.com or contact us.

2. What data we process
Browsing data. Like every website, the systems running this site record some technical data: IP address, date and time of the request, page visited, browser and operating system. They are used only to run the site, keep it secure and detect abuse.
Data you send us. If you write to the email address shown on the site or call us, we process the data you give us (name, contact details, message) to reply. The site has no contact forms or reserved areas.
Cookies. The site uses only one technical cookie, which remembers your cookie choice. The Google Maps map on the Contact page is loaded only if you accept it. Details are in the cookie policy.
3. Purposes and legal bases

We do not use data for profiling, advertising or automated decisions.
4. Who can see the data
Data are processed by the controller and by the providers who help run the site and communications, appointed as processors (Art. 28 GDPR):
- the provider who builds, maintains and hosts the site: The Produser S.r.l., with servers in the European Union (Milan);
- the studio’s email provider (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., Microsoft 365).
If you accept the map, Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC receives some browsing data as an independent controller, under its own privacy policy.
Data are never sold or disclosed to the public.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
Microsoft and Google may also process data in the United States. In that case transfers are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which they have joined, or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to processing, receive your data in a structured format (portability) and withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing (Arts. 15–22 GDPR). Just write to archilab@archilabmilano.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
