The project aimed at the replacement of the exterior cladding and the energetic upgrade of the whole building, so as to meet the new regulations on energy consumption and environmental protection. The upgrade of high-heat loss, low-energy efficient buildings with small architectural value is nowadays one of the most challenging yet sought-after tasks we’re called to perform. Our intervention gave a new territorial and operational identity to a timeworn building, whose energetic efficiency was way far from what is today looked for in the market. After the renovation, the headquarters gained a new image, together with a new layout in the interiors which increased the comfort of living.
